We will send you our full menu by email, but to give you a bit of a taste these are a number of examples of menus. With our menus we always serve two types of bread and salted butter.
Example of a three course dinner:
- Cylinder of smoked mushrooms and goat cheese on a carpaccio of zucchini, dates,
Valerian leaf salad with pistachios and orange-mustard dressing - Fried sea bream with half sundried tomatoes, caper apples and a turmeric and oregano cream sauce
- Petit grand dessert (mousse, pastry, fruit coulis, fresh fruits and Ci Vediamo ice-cream)
Example of a four course dinner:
- Spinach salad with gorgonzola croutons, Parma ham rosettes, pine nuts and rosemary mustard dressing.
- Apricot-mustard soup with shiitake and cress
- Lightly (home) smoked chuck tender together with a gravy with truffle, red wine and thyme
- Panna cotta with vanilla and orange, fresh fruits and chocolate curls
Example of five course dinner:
- Frisee salad with tartare of tuna with cucumber, seaweed crisps and ginger wasabi dressing
- Saint-Jacques shells with Dutch shrimps, small crayfish on wakame with salmon trout roe and a dragon and saffron beurre blanc sauce
- Roasted duck breast with tangerine-pepper gravy
- Cheese, grapes, Italian crackers, walnuts and mango chutney
- White chocolate mousse with brownie, caramel Ci Vediamo caramel sea-salt ice-cream and pomegranate
Example of five course dinner:
